Additional Support from the KidsPlus+/GFS Liaison Officer

The KidsPlus+/GFS Liaison Officer will maintain regular contact with the Children’s Ministry Worker, providing support, assisting with any resources or training needs of the Children’s Ministry Worker and the Children’s Ministry Volunteer Leaders in the Parish (if requested).

The KidsPlus+/GFS Liaison Officer will maintain documentation and liaise with GFS Melbourne Inc Treasurer for all financial payments.

Additional Support from the Start-Up Gift

KidsPlus+/GFS Melbourne Inc. understand that establishing a Children’s Ministry Program can place demands on the finances of the Parish, therefore additional support can be provided through this Start-Up Gift.

The Start-Up Gift shall be used to establish on-the-ground resources should the Parish have no pre-existing resources.

The amount of the Start-Up Gift is detailed in the Children’s Ministry Support Package Information Booklet available from the KidsPlus+/GFS Liaison Officer and this is to be used to assist in purchasing resources for a new program. These resources may include stationary, games equipment, craft supplies, etc.

The Start-Up Gift will be given when the Children’s Ministry Support Worker has commenced in the Parish.
